Shawna Sullivan, MSW, LSWAIC
Clinical Social Worker
I believe the most important relationship is the one that we have with ourselves. This relationship can be challenged by the difficulties and unexpected situations of life that leave us feeling out of control Therapy is a space where we can meet to explore your reactions, emotions, patterns of behavior and goals, such that you can identify and regain control and live a life of intention. My goal for this space is support, honesty, and non-judgement. My goal for you is empowerment and growth and a life that you can experience with authenticity and self-compassion.
I work with adults experiencing a range of personal and mental health concerns. I conduct psychotherapy from a psychodynamic foundation and integrate CBT and DBT techniques to target symptoms and improve overall well-being.
Appointments
I am licensed to see clients in WA state. My sessions are offered online and in-person in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, WA.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointment times on Mondays and Saturday.
I do not bill insurance at this time. You can check with your insurance plan about using your HSA or possible out of net-work benefits.

I completed a clinical program at Rutgers University in 2018 receiving a Master’s Degree in Social Work. In addition to my clinical practice, my professional experience includes community based mental health programs working with Veterans, the VA, anger management programs, forensic assessment, and hospice.
